If you’re a beginner or just learning about the Law of Attraction, it can seem like just a load of bullsh*t.
But I promise you, it’s not; after all, it is a law just like Newton’s Laws of Motion or laws of gravitation and relativity. These scientific laws are the descriptions of an observed phenomenon, it doesn’t need to explain why the phenomenon exists or what causes it. The explanation of the phenomenon is called a scientific theory.
Some have a difficult time believing in the Law of Attraction because unlike many other scientific laws, it can not be boiled down into a mathematical equation. For example, LOA cannot be broken down like Newton’s Law of Universal Gravitation, which states:
Fg = G (m1 ∙ m2) / d2
Fg is the force of gravity; G is the universal gravitational constant, which can be measured; m1 and m2 are the masses of the two objects, and d is the distance between them.
It can be frustrating when you want to share with others the amazing powers of LOA, and they just think you’re crazy.
Just yesterday, my friend asked me to drive him to the mall because he needs more socks. Then today, he told me that his mother sent him a package (he’s from Ireland) full of socks. Coincidence? Maybe, but also synchronicity. I told him he attracted more socks to himself. Like attracts Like.
He looked at me strangely and said, “Thats impossible.” I turned to him and said “Whether you believe in it or not, its inevitable. So why not have an open mind and use it to your benefit.”
